Ramya Completes 10 Years in the Industry

Off late no other heroine in the Kannada film industry managed to survive for so long. In spite of being termed as the controversial actress of the recent times, Ramya has managed to complete 10 successful years in the industry.
It was sometime in April 2003, Ramya's debut film 'Abhi' with Puneeth Rajkumar got released. From then on there was no turning back for the actress and in spite of many big failures and controversies, Ramya is still considered as the numero Uno of the Kannada Film Industry when it comes to actress.
Another highlight of Ramya's career is, except for Ravichandran, Ramya has acted with all the main heroes that the film industry has seen in the last one decade. From Stars like Puneeth, Sudeep, Darshan, Shivarajkumar and Upendra to young stars like Yogi, Prajwal, Diganth, Ganesh, Vijay, Srinagara Kitty, Vijay Raghavendra, Yash, and Murali amongst others, Ramya has acted with all of them and has delivered hits with most of them.
Now that her 10th year in the film industry is completed and the eleventh year started, Ramya is looking forward for this year as three of her films are getting ready for release. Kodi Ramakrishna's untitled film with Diganth, Prajwal starrer 'Dil Ka Raja' and Jaggesh starrer 'Neer Dose' will be released in the coming months. Meanwhile, Ramya has not yet signed any other film recently and sources say that Ramya is likely to contest for the forthcoming Parliament elections in 2014.
